Cleopatra might have worn this cuff to further entice Marc Anthony. A mesmerizing rare vitrail coated vintage Czech glass scarab attracts attention as the focal on the assemblage style cuff. Silver, gold, pink and orange play across the surface of the scarab that is etched both with lines created by the manufacturing process and aging. The scarab is tightly held in a turtle setting then backed with layers of vintage brass stampings and filigree, all hand patina’d. Additional vintage stampings looking like evil eyes create interest and protect the corners of the scarab assemblage. All metal pieces are sealed, waxed and securely riveted to a brass cuff hand patina’d in mawjanga’s deep blue Bohemian Midnight patina. At its widest the cuff measures two inches, and is about six inches long. It fits best on medium to large wrists.
